  • Step 1: Form a plan - an initial conversation around what you need, where you've been, where you'd like to be

  • Step 2: Take the StrengthsFinder and Values In Action assesments and walk through your results

  • Step 3: Gain clarity through reading and discussing 1-2 books on discernment, career, vocation & self-awareness

  • Step 4: Develop and enhance LinkedIn, resumes, cover letters, networking, informational interviews, etc.

  • Step 5: I’ll help prepare for interviews and follow-up.

  • If you aren't quite ready to start, you can request a complementary 30-minute conversation with me to see if my coaching is a fit for you.

  • Six one-hour sessions for $500.

    Prepaid on Venmo or Zelle - refundable after the first session if you change your mind.

Pipeline Program Development

I have decades of experience in creating, launching and sustaining programs for interns, mentoring, and management training.

  • Though popularly promoted, most organizations do not realize how truly complicated these sort of programs are in actual practice. Extensive preparation is required for recruiting top-notch candidates, training is needed in order to have effective supervisors, and an optimized curriculum gives you the best chance of truly leveraging the entire program into becoming a solid pipeline of future hires.

     I have taught internship practicum courses for the last 15 years to rising seniors, and produced over 70 interns between 2011 and 2017 with another program for graduating graduates.
